VITAL RECORDS
Missouri birth and death records are maintained by the Department of Health and Senior Services Bureau of Vital Records. Our office provides authorized individuals with certified copies of birth and death certificates for those who were born or have died in the state of Missouri. However, we are unable to make any changes or corrections.
