HOME HEALTH COST

Your insurance may provide complete or partial payment. Our Home Health Team will explain your coverage and will bill your insurance directly. We accept Medicare, Medicare HMO, Medicaid, Private Insurance, and Self-Pay.

Home Health services and care through Johnson County Home Health are covered by Medicare, Medicare HMO, Medicaid and most private insurance policies and through self-payment options.

Please note: There will be a convenience fee of $2.00 per transaction up to $50.00. Any transactions of $50.01 and above will include a 4% convenience fee.
