Home Health Nurses
specializes in managing and education regarding all aspects of wound care, disease management, and symptom control. In addition, we’ll help you manage your medication as well as provide I.V. therapy, ostomy, and catheter care.
Physical Therapists
work to increase your strength and mobility by administering and monitoring exercise routines and using special equipment.
Occupational Therapists
will help you regain independence in all aspects of your life. We’ll assist and teach you new strategies and techniques to make the transition to wellness as smooth as possible.
Speech Therapists
will work with you to restore your valuable communication skills. If you’re having difficulty swallowing, speaking, hearing or understanding others, we can help.
Medical Social Workers
will help you and your family members to understand and cope with problems caused by illness or injury.
