Johnson County Community Health Services (JCCHS) has been improving your quality of life since our establishment in 1975. Operated under the Missouri County Health Center Statutes (Chapter 205 RSMo) and an elected Board of Trustees, JCCHS is a multi-purpose agency.

Our comprehensive services include:

  • Home Health: Providing federally certified and state-licensed home health care to residents in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Public Health: Offering a wide range of programs and resources to promote community health and well-being, including immunizations, disease prevention, and health education.
  • WIC: Supporting women, infants, and children through nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and access to nutritious foods.
  • Environmental Public Health: includes services and resources relating to sanitation and safety inspections of food establishments, child care facilities, and lodging establishments. Additionally, it provides oversight of onsite wastewater treatment system construction and technical assistance for all environmental public health concerns.
