4-601.11A Star Diner grill hood had grease/moisture dripping from condenser collection pan onto corner of grill area and on to floor. It was pour at a rate that would be hard to contain with small pan normally used. Staff placed a larger collection pan on shelf to collect the drippings. CORRECTED
 
4-703.11B Mechanical dishwasher temperatures measured 126°F-129°F on several attempts with several non-reversible temperature measuring devices. Other methods of measuring internal washer temperatures were deployed which did not show the 160°F minimum for sanitation. The computer screen on washer unit shows 158°F.  No chemical sanitation was connected to machine. CORRECTED

4-601.11C Outer surface of plastic jars of Chinese/oriental sauces have mold growing on them. CORRECTED-discarded.
5-205.15B Water leak into lower level store room from drain line above. Pooling water – potential slip hazard water source for insects and rodents. Middle Leg support on three vat sink in dish room has broken loose.
