4-601.11A Surface mounted can opener had built up crust/debris on cutting tooth. This potentially can contaminate additional cans opened by this utility. CORRECTED.
JC-3-4-5-4B New manager is working on manager’s certification but does not have today. Manger now has Handler card is working on Manager Certification and encouraging staff to update or get their certifications as well. CORRECTED.

4-901.11A Observed cups and stainless steel tray which were wet-stacked.
6-501.111B observed two live cockroaches under dishwashing machinery/tables. Manager said pest control was come by two weeks ago and would return if evidence of pest continues. Pest control was called in and sprayed last Friday 2/9. CORRECTED.
4-601.11C 1) Bottom of stainless steel shelf above grill has buildup of food debris. 2) Top of knife holders in kitchen have buildup of dust and food debris. CORRECTED.
