John Morrell beef in unopened package in walk-in cooler held at 33°F packages of ROP stored under grill in cold drawer at 39°F. Insufficient controls exist in the final packaged form of reduced oxygen packaged food that is known to have a microbiological hazard Clostridium botulinum. Discussed with owner and the Sealer has been removed. CORRECTED
