Johnson County Community Health Services (JCCHS) through the use of public health emergency preparedness funds have installed a digital LED alert sign into one of its supply trailers, giving the ability to move the alert sign to different locations based on situation or incident.
The display sign, installed by Gator Graphics of Warrensburg, will allow JCCHS to display alert information such as amber alerts, weather information, public health information and updates, plus allow the sign to be placed at various locations to provide information or alerts at emergency or incident locations.
“This sign gives us another communication tool that can be used to notify the public in the case of an emergency or inform our community of any public health concerns.” noted Anthony Arton, administrator. Scott Alvested, community outreach coordinator also added “This sign will be a great outlet to provide critical information or updates in case of an emergency or incident.”
Johnson County Community Health Services provides quality Home Health, Public Health, Hospice care, and Missouri WIC programs to prevent illness, promote health, and protect the communities we serve. Information can be found at www.johnsoncountyhealth.org
