Johnson County Community Health Services, Katy Trail Community Health, and the Regional Health Care Clinic of Johnson County are pleased to announce partnership in order to bring Title X family planning services to Johnson County beginning February 17, 2018.
Services will be provided by Katy Trail Community Health staff to women and men in our communities at the Regional Health Care Clinic of Johnson County facility located inside of Johnson County Community Health Services. This partnership will provide Title X family planning services at little or no cost to patients depending on income. Services include contraceptives and counseling, breast and cervical cancer screenings, pregnancy testing, STI and HIV testing and treatment, and fertility counseling and referral. Katy Trail Community Health is a Section 330 Community Health Center, delivering primary care, oral health, mental health and social services to people in west central Missouri. Clinics are located in Sedalia, Warsaw, Versailles, Marshall with a school based clinic in Stover.
