NO PRODUCT SELLING PERMITTED Sponsorships include a 10’ x 10’ outdoor booth space and name/logo on marketing materials and web page. Organizations/businesses are responsible for their own tent/canopy, tables and material. Electricity will not be available or provided. Sponsorship Fee: $25.00 – All proceeds donated to a local charitable organization that supports Johnson County. • Please make checks payable to Johnson County Community Health Services • Sponsorships paid with credit card will be charged a $2.00 processing fee. Call 660-747-6121 to pay by phone. Johnson County Community Health reserves the right to decline sponsorship requests and reserves the right to assign booth spaces.
