Temporary Event/Caterer. First event- they are utilizing Simple Blessings Farm Event Center. Utensils dishes washed prior to use. People trained facility clean. Observed proper hand washing. Completed pre-opening for temp event checklist.
Temperature log: Briskets 33°F on ice in cooler prior to being placed on grill to cook. Hash browns 29°F in cooler just purchased at store and brought to event.
