Several attempts were made within 2 hours to attain desirable temperatures. Staff closed up buffet and discarded food and repairman called. This is a repeat violation. CORRECTED

3-501.16A2 Deli refrigeration unit was not holding temperatures with a temperature range of mid 40s to 50°F. This unit set off notification at 6am this morning. Repairman is scheduled to be at store today at 6pm. Asst. Manager pulled all products from this unit until repairs are made. CORRECTED

Manager said Ecolab was inspecting earlier today and made note of temperature on this buffet. There are several previous instances of “out of temp” with this specific buffet refrigeration unit. This is a repeat violation. CORRECTED.
