The maintenance staff arrived during this inspection to recharge freon in walkin cooler. If walkin cooler temperature cannot be lowered with additional freon remove food items to a refrigeration unit that has an ambient air temperature at 41°F or below. Sanitizer concentrations at acceptable limits in the mechanical dishwashing unit and in buckets of sanitizing solution. NOTE: The bases of some prep tables/ sinks are rusting and need to be resurfaced.
