According to manager a repairman came to fix washer to bring temperature up to 183°F using a booster heater. Booster heat blew a fuse during inspection. Manager stated he will use disposable utensils and clean cooking dishes in 3 vat sink with proper sanitation using chlorine. CORRECTED.
