3-501.16a2 Left prep table had pizza toppings that measured from 48 °F to 62°F. Manager saw problem immediately and adjusted under-pan closures to redirect laminar air flow. Foods that were out long were discarded fresh topping just brought out were put in other refrigeration. CORRECTED.
