Core Violations:
5-501.113B Dumpsters are sitting with lids open.  Lids are pinned between dock and dumpster so as to not be easily closeable. Spilled trash where people have missed trying to throw bags in. Open lids will result in flies being attracted to the trash. Flies at the dumpster will result in flies in the store.  Raccoons are also prevalent in the area; the open lids could result in a raccoon getting into your dumpster at night, preventing you from being able to safely access your dumpster.

Approved for opening. Issued permit. Still need to do final cleaning. Scheduled for this weekend. Finish install of Ansel System and hang fire extinguishers worker doing that now.
Put paper towels in holders at all hand sinks. Raise shelves in walk-in to 6 above floor. Keep lids on trash dumpsters closed. Bag trash and if dumpsters are dirty have them cleaned. Flies attracted/ breed to this area will get into your store.
