Temperature Log Freezer: Food Frozen Walk in Cooler: Ribs 36°F Prep Table: Cole Slaw 35°F Cole Slaw 28°F NOTE: Inspector investigated complaint of no labels on food. Food labels are only required if food is not readily/easily recognized through container. All food found was easily recognizable and had date labels on them. Only food in freezer had no dates/labels on them. Discussed with managers that dating the food in the freezers will help with identifying when it was cooked and where it was on the 7 day count timeline.
