5-205.15B Sprayer support at three vat sink is loose. Sprayer hose has been replaced with a hose that is too long allowing the hose to hang below the flood rim of the sink. Y fitting at mop sink is leaking allowing hot water to run. Noted 5/6/14. 12 Nov 2014 Y fitting continues to leak.
6-501.11 1) Ceiling tile in store room missing or out of place. 2) damaged cove molding wall opposite three vat sink. 3) electrical outlet pulled from wall – soft serve machine. Machine still working.
4-501.11A Shelf in walk-in cooler broken- failing down. Top of shelf forced behind condensate drain line of condenser to keep it upright. I think this will result in the drain line being broken when the shelf eventually falls. Broken plastic totes – missing pieces of plastic in use.
