3-501.16b Prep Table in kitchen not holding temperature at 41°F or lower. Temperature taken in multiple food and locations in prep table and all readings at 46°F or higher. No temperature was taken this morning unsure of how long it has been out of temperature range. No air conditioning in kitchen. The lack of A/C plus the heat from outside might be affecting the temperature holding abilities of the prep table. *Food discarded* CORRECTED.

6-202.15A Screen door out of kitchen by prep table has no barrier on the bottom.
4-601.11c 1) The microwave in the kitchen has dried and baked on food inside. 2) Vent hood above grill has grease build up. It was not witnessed dropping on the grill or food however the buildup is starting
to form droplets on the bottoms and sides. It has a cleaning frequency of 6 months with last one done in March 2017 next service is scheduled September 2017. Frequency should be every 3 months or as needed. With no air conditioning in kitchen it is causing more heat making the grease stay in a liquid form faster and longer.
