JC-3-4-5-4B Food manager on duty did not have current food handler’s card nor did other employee day helper. CORRECTED.

COMMENTS:
Only deficiency food safety training. Inspector looked up food safety training online and found that the employees took training last week. Minimum is met re-inspection paperwork completed in office. No site visit. Called site and talked to Monica inspector told her that there will be no site visit since training had been completed online.
