6-501.111A Dead cock roach carcasses noted in several of the brown wooden cabinets. Noted a live cockroach. CORRECTED.

Core Violations:
4-501.116 No method of measuring sanitation solution was available. Inspector measured sanitary solution in 3rd sink three times and had zero sanitation levels on both chlorine and quat levels. Manager corrected on the spot with sanitation but still has no means of testing it. CORRECTED.

COMMENTS:
Sanitation: 3rd sink quat level: 200ppm Corrections were carried out and completed from previous inspection.
