Hospice care is a wonderful gift to patients and families. Johnson County Hospice is committed to providing the best possible “quality of life” for our patients and their families. Our focus is to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those you love while supporting and strengthening the family. Compassionate end of life care is our top priority. Through early enrollment we are better able to serve the needs of our patients and their families.
Hospice is a benefit that each Medicare beneficiary is entitled to with services being covered by Medicare at 100%. Medicaid also covers Hospice at 100%. Many commercial insurance plans cover Hospice as well.
At Johnson County Hospice care is provided by our professionally trained and caring team of nurses, physicians, nurse aides, social worker and chaplain.
