Our team is committed to improving your quality of life!
We are contracted with Medicare, Medicaid and many Medicare Advantage and private insurance providers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tri-Care, United, and others. Our Intake team consists of nurses and insurance coders to answer any questions you may have. Our team is available 24/7 for our patients, physicians and referrals.
When you or a loved one are being discharged from the hospital or care facility, ask that you be referred to Johnson County Community Health Services for your your care needs.
