7-102.11 2 bottles of same chemical in unlabeled bottles. CORRECTED.
4-501.114a Sanitizer (chlorine) not reading on test stripes in kitchen. Sanitizer test stripes that facility has were used and no reading was shown inspector then used her own test stripes (different type)
and still no reading would show after wash. 3 separate washes were run to determine chemical concentration. Sanitizer bucket underneath was half full and sanitizer was being fed into the dishwasher cycle (test stripe used at point of entry and it did show that it was concentrated) but once it entered
The water in the cycle the test stripes would not show a reading. Inspector did notice that the water level of the last part of the cycle (when sanitizer is introduced) looked higher than normal. CORRECTED.
