Tuberculosis (TB) Testing/Services

Tuberculosis (TB) testing is available at a cost of $5.00 per test unless there has been exposure to an active case of TB, at which time there is no charge. JCCHS provides TB skin testing on Mondays from 8AM - 4PM and performs the reading of the skin tests on Thursdays 8AM - 4PM. JCCHS provides case management services for clients who have TB infection or the active disease. TB medications are available at no charge through the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services with a physicians order.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases/AIDS Counseling/Screening

JCCHS offers screening for Gonorrhea, Syphilis and Chlamydia. Treatment and education programs are available. HIV (AIDS) screening is done with pre- and post- counseling. Screenings are offered by appointment.

JCCHS works directly with local physicians and the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services to prevent serious medical problems and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. This program is completely confidential.
