3-501.16A2  Salad bar items on ice were out of temperature. Discussion with staff on burying trays in ice vs laying on ice and going to a Time Temperature Control Plan which. Staff observed multiple readings of PHF foods in ice trays. CORRECTED

4-601.11A  Can opener cutter tip had accumulation/ debris which may lead to contamination of further cans being opened. Discussion with staff on cleaning this item each day/use. Discussion with staff a future instructional walk though with inspector noting specific watch points. Manager is enrolled in future ServSafe class and staff for Food Handlers. CORRECTED
