1) East side sandwich prep station is above required temperatures. This refrigeration unit has  had cooling issues before and noted by both manager and inspector. CORRECTED

2) Pizza prep lower refrigeration unit is above required temperatures.
CORRECTIONS:
1) Pizza prep refrigeration was fixed by maintenance (coolant added?)
2) East side prep station was not fixed. Staff shut down this side refrigeration as the unit appears not to be fixed at past attempts. Manager is notifying corporate that this unit is malfunctioning beyond repairs made at previous attempts with replacement parts on unit. Staff has been notified that a notice violation will be issued if this unit is used in its current condition. Staff has consolidated ingredients between several functional refrigeration units until further notice.
