3-501.16a2 Deli sandwich display had sandwiches packed layer deep and edge to edge preventing laminar flow of cooling to chill surface packages of sandwiches. Inner layers measured from 36-42°F. Outer layers measured from 48°F- 56°F. Shift manager disposed of out temped outer layer of sandwiches and spaced out remaining inner sandwiches to allow space for air to move around sandwiches. Staff also turned down thermostat on sandwich display. CORRECTED.

5-205.11a 1) Handwashing station was blocked by box and mop bucket. 2) Paper towel dispenser did not dispense (battery was dead). Staff said hands are washed in 3 bin sink. Staff fixed dispenser. CORRECTED.
4-601.11c Walk-in cooler has dust debris/mold spotting up on ceilings and walls.
