4-202.11A  Four kitchen/cutting utensils were pulled and discarded due to degraded plastic coating chipping off the handles or wood deterioration on cutting knifes. Several food storage tubs were pulled due to degraded plastic on food contact interior. CORRECTED

3-501.16A2  Deli laminar flow open refrigeration display was overstocked and over stacked beyond capacity for unit to properly cool all deli items. Excessive temperatures from 45 to 55°F was observed by staff & inspector. Inspector had staff utilize infra-red surface thermometer to gauge where the cooling unit was effective and not effective. Staff should consider storing excess  product in refrigeration unit in backroom acquiring reliable temperature monitoring tools thus being able to monitor cooling zones within the unit and not stacking product beyond the capabilities of a laminar flow cooling system.
