Johnson County Community Health Services (JCCHS) was established in 1975 for the multiple purposes of health guidance, prevention and control of disease in the homes and communities of Johnson County, Missouri. JCCHS operates under County Health Center Statutes, Chapter 205, RSMo. Under its elected Board of Trustees, JCCHS serves as the County Health Center and operates three divisions: Community/Public Health Services; a federally certified and state licensed Home Health Agency and Johnson County Hospice Care, also state and federally certified.
